THE APARTMENT
Charming Circo Price is a lovely apartment located in the center of Madrid, right next to the well-known Circo Price.
This apartment is on the first floor and has a capacity for 2 people. It has been recently rehabilitated in October 2018 and has
- Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
- Bathroom en suite with shower and sink.
- Independent and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery ...
- Living room with sofa, dining area, flat screen TV with premium TV channels (Movistar) and Netflix.
Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Heating, washing machine, iron, ironing board, free wifi and free toiletries.
THE AREA
If you would like to explore Madrid strolling around, Charming Circo Price is located in one of the best areas: Very close to the apartment you can find the Atocha Renfe station, Reina Sofía Museum and La Casa Encendida, a beautiful cultural centre.
The neighborhood is full of supermarkets and just 2 minutes away (waliking distance) you will find a Carrefour open 24 hours a day.
We recommend La Fisna, right next to the door of the building, to have some drinks. And if you want to have a meal in a place known by local people we recommend "Los Chuchis Bar", which is located on the same street as the apartment (Calle Amparo).
HOW TO MOVE AROUND
The nearest metro station is Lavapiés (L3) and also Embajadores (L3 and Cercanías Renfe C5).
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

Schoon, alles goed afgewerkt in huis, veel keukenapparatuur en de locatie: op loopafstand van centrum in een leuke buurt.
Lastig om met je telefoon de deur te moeten openen. Ik had een slechte verbinding en daardoor was ik steeds bang dat ik er niet in zou kunnen.
Ook jammer dat er geen daglicht in huis was.
