THE APARTMENT
The Charming Paseo del Prado II apartment is a large, bright apartment facing the Prado Museum. The building has a swimming pool on the roof, where you can enjoy a bathroom with the best views of Madrid.
It has a capacity for 4 people, double bed and a sofa bed.
This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, private bathroom and living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a dining table, flat screen TV, from the living area you have access to 2 terraces.
Among the amenities we find free wifi, air conditioning, heating, sheets and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board and free toiletries.
THE AREA
It is certainly the most fashionable district of Madrid and interesting as well. The most important museums, monuments and sights are within walking distance. You will fall in love with Madrid and its cosmopolitan and elegant atmosphere.
You are really able walk to every main attraction but you also have the underground and bus closeby and of course the electric bikes are a fantastic option.
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
