Information about the host
Two-family house in a beautiful location with a magnificent mountain view. On one side the Hochlerch, on the other side the Hochplatte, ideal starting point for mountain hikes and bike tours. The Hochplatte cable car can be reached in 5 minutes. For children, the fairy tale park and the mountain forest adventure trail (via Hochplattenbahn) are in the immediate vicinity. It is about 8 km to Lake Chiemsee and about 1 km to the Reifinger See swimming lake. Shopping facilities are in the centre of Marquartstein (grocery shop, bakery etc.). The excursion destinations Salzburg and Munich are approx. 60 and 90 kilometres away respectively.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg, exit Bernau am Chiemsee (Exit 106) continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Grassau take the 1st exit at the roundabout in the direction of Marquartstein/Piesenhausen and after approx. 600 metres turn right in the direction of Piesenhausen. Turn left at the Piesenhausen junction and after approx. 800 metres you will reach your destination on the right-hand side.
By bus: Munich - Salzburg railway line, get off at Prien am Chiemsee or Übersee am Chiemsee station. We will be happy to pick you up from there!
Description of the accommodation
Our holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our house and has 2 separate bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, balconies on the east and west side. The flat is equipped with ped coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc., fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, ministereo system, hairdryer, free WLAN, high chair and travel cot on request. Our accommodation is a non-smoking flat, we cannot accept pets, we ask for your understanding. The holiday flat is always ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. The beds are made and towels are ready for you. On the day of departure, the flat must be handed over by 10.00 am.
