Holiday from the beginning - enjoy your well-deserved holidays on our farm! The lovingly furnished holiday flats as well as the spacious garden with rest and play facilities for our big and small guests invite you to relax. Due to our quiet and yet central location, we are also an ideal starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities: whether extended hikes, cycling tours for young and old, relaxation at the nearby bathing lakes - in our surroundings there is something for everyone. Our house is also open to you in winter. Our guests who love winter sports will get their money's worth on the pistes and cross-country ski runs of the nearby skiing areas, and when the snow conditions are right, our "local mountain", the Hochplatte, invites you to go tobogganing. And: snow or no snow - long walks in the surroundings always help you to switch off and relax.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Schwaigerhof können Sie Ski fahren und Rad fahren. Berchtesgaden liegt 44 km von der Unterkunft entfernt und Salzburg erreichen Sie nach 45 km. Der nächstgelegene Flughafen ist der 82 km vom Schwaigerhof entfernte Flughafen München.

Arrival Description
By Car: Motorway Munich – Salzburg, Exit Bernau am Chiemsee (Exit No. 106) in direction to Reit im Winkl. In Grassau, traffic circle, take the 1st exit in direction to Marquartstein / Piesenhausen, turn right after approx. 500 m to Piesenhausen / Hochplattenbahn. Cross the main road in Piesenhausen and turn left after 50 m to "Schwaigerhof". Here you are! By Train: Route Munich - Salzburg with stations Prien am Chiemsee and Übersee am Chiemsee; then by bus in direction to Reit im Winkl or Schleching until bus stop Rathaus Marquartstein

Description of the accommodation
Our Hochplatte holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our home, with its own terrace and garden access. With its 54 m2, it is suitable for 2 to max. 4 people. It has two separate bedrooms, a cosy and well-equipped kitchen/living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the day of arrival, the flat is always ready for occupancy from 14:00, i.e. the beds are already made and a sufficient number of towels are ready for you. On the day of departure, the flat must be handed over by 10:00 am.
