Environment description 200 m to the fairytale adventure park, approx. 400 m away is the Hochplatten chairlift. 8 km away is Lake Chiemsee with beautiful natural sandy beaches, but also lidos with gastronomy.
With the Chiemsee steamers you can visit the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel with the royal castle.
Approx. 10 km away is the Winklmoosalm and Steinplatte skiing area, which can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
Sporting opportunities nearby: Rafting on the Tiroler-Achen Paragliding on the Hochplatte Mountain hiking to various alpine pastures Horse riding, cycling e.g. around Lake Chiemsee Tobogganing on the Hochplatte Skiing Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kössen, St.
Johann, Kitzbühel etc.
Fishing, mountain biking, sailing, surfing etc.

Etwas renovierter 70‘ger Jahre-Bau mit Laminatboden. Hell, zweckmässig möbliert, schmaler Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Insgesamt praktisch, hatte was wir brauchten, aber recht charme- und lieblos und insgesamt überteuert.
Nette Vermieterin, check-in und -out problemlos.
Gute Lage für Wanderungen in der Gegend und 30min nach Salzburg.

Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Vom Check in bis hin zum auschecken war es ein reibungsloser Ablauf.
Eine Kleinigkeit ist uns aufgefallen, die Einrichtung der Küche ist ein wenig sparsam. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Wir behalten diesen Urlaub in guter Erinnerung und kommen gerne wieder.
