Information about the host The non-smoking holiday flats at the Schwabenbauernhof await you in a quiet, sunny location with mountain views.
A separate guest staircase leads you to the flats on the 1st floor.
The flats are equipped with: Safe, satellite flat-screen TV, CD radio alarm clock, hairdryer, cosmetics and microwave.
You can reach the balcony via the hallway.
A dishwasher is available in the additional kitchen on the floor.
Free W-LAN, parking space and carports directly at the house.
The sauna in the adjoining house can be used once a week for 2 hours free of charge, further visits can be booked in addition.
You can reach the centre of the village and the train station on foot in just a few minutes.

Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes.

Arrival Description If you are coming from the highway exit Siegsdorf, enter Ruhpolding at the village entrance in the direction of Ortsmitte - Hauptstrasse and continue until you can see the maypole and the village fountain on the right side.
After about 20 m turn left into Wiesenstraße.
A narrow road leads you after about 50 m to the Schwabenbauernhof with house number 8 on the right side.
Description of the accommodation Cozy vacation apartment with comfort, quiet and central location, separate entrance.
In the bedroom two separate beds and in the living room a double sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress.
To the apartment belongs a carport.Garage on request.From October to April you can use our sauna in the adjoining house ( Landhaus Pichler )for 2 hours once a week alone.
