Information about the host Our alpine hut is quietly and idyllically located in the "Three Lakes Area" in the district of Seegatterl, approx. 5 km from Reit im Winkl.
In winter, Reit im Winkl is considered extremely snow-sure, the cable car to the Winklmoos-Alm is only 1 km away.
In summer, extensive hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the surroundings.
An ideal starting point for skiers, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers.
Our "KASA" consists of 3 double rooms for 2 persons each, a kitchen, a living room, bathroom with shower, WC and a storage room.
The 90 sqm of our Alm are heated with central heating.

Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit.
From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km).
The Inntal motorway offers an alternative.
Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit.
From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl.
Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl.
By train to Reit im Winkl...
The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee.
From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage! Es war alles sauber und sehr gemütlich. Da das Haus schön abseits liegt braucht man auch keine Angst zu haben, dass die Hunde auf ein Straße o. Ä. laufen.
So wunderbar ruhig, gerade wenn man dem Alltag und Stress entfliehen möchte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Die "Lenzlschmiedkasa" liegt abseits von allem am Waldrand. Keine Nachbarn, viel Natur und Wald, abends kommen Rehe, Hirsche und Kleinwildtiere auf die Weideflächen drumherum, wenn es dunkel ist.
