In Lenggries, a village in Brauneck in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, the 70 m² apartment "Düftalm" is located on a quiet plot of land on the outskirts of the village. The barrier-free holiday flat with a rustic atmosphere is situated on the 1st floor of a residential house and consists of a living/dining room with a wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. On the covered, furnished terrace, which is available for your private use, you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or end relaxed summer evenings in the fresh air. There is also a communal garden , which wraps around the apartment with its lush green lawn. A small playground provides the necessary entertainment for the younger guests of the house. The nearest restaurant is 550 m from the accommodation and a supermarket is 2.2 km or a 3-minute drive away. The Jauden slope (700 m or 8 minutes on foot) and the Draxlhang descent (900 m or 10 minutes on foot) are in the immediate vicinity thanks to the wonderful location of the holiday apartment. Other cable cars and ski slopes in the Langgries/Brauneck ski and hiking area are only 3.4 km or a 6-minute drive away.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request, 30€ per stay). Pets are only allowed on prior request. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Ski storage possible.
