Our new apartment consists of a kitchen that opens onto the living and dining area.
The living room has a sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people, two large bedrooms with TVs for two people each, and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Included: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand and dish towels, hairdryer.
Pets are not allowed.

Your accommodation is located in a quiet, sunny spot near the "Bergdoktor" practice from the very well-known series "Der Bergdoktor".
The apartment is about a 30-minute walk from the town center.
In summer, it is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours.
In winter, the ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
The ski bus takes you directly to the valley station of the Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau, where you can directly access the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Take the Ellmau WEST exit.
Drive to Intersport Winkler and turn right there.
Then go straight ahead and turn right again towards Hartkaiserbahn.
Drive over the bridge and up the steep slope.
Pass the Bergdoktorhaus and keep right at the intersection.
After approx. 400m, turn right.

Sehr schönes Apartment in wunderschöner ruhigen Lage . Toller großer Balkon wo wir jeden Abend einen tollen Sonnenuntergang erleben durften.Das Apartment hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Sehr nette Gastgeber die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
