Really cozy cottage with unique, beautiful location and a fantastic view.
A panoramic view over Julsø and Himmelbjerg.
Just staying on the terrace and the view are worth the trip.
However, you can not drive all the way to the house, you park the car on the road and walk the last 150 m on a forest path.
Thus, the house is not very suitable for people with walking difficulties.
In addition, the house is also located on a sloping plot, parts are covered with gravel, a large terrace is in front of the house, there is another terrace offering a view.
The kitchen is fully equipped, to the living room (this is also with a view) it is open.
There are three bedrooms and a bathroom, all with nice furnishings. Silkeborg and Aarhus can be reached by train.
Laven Station is about 800 meters from the house.
The area around Silkeborg is particularly charming, the most preferred outdoor area of all Danes.
There are freshwater lakes for swimming and good trails for hiking and biking.
Excursion destinations: Aqua Ferskvandcenter, Jorn museums, regatta in Silkeborg. .

Alt i alt et skønt hus.Terrassen var dog noget betroet af tornet brombær, med løse brædder.Den ophævelse terrasse var total ubrugelig og ufremkommelige.Tv et måtte vi have en montør til at sætte igang.Affaldscontainer ved vejen var overfyldte da vi ankom, og blev IKKE tømt i løbet af ugen.

Prachtige plek en omgeving ju, mooist mogelijke uitzicht, prima eenvoudig huis, onderhoud moet beter (ovenventilator lawaai, afzuigkap niet in orde, deurkruk zat los, parasol kapot, etc)

Mooi huisje op een werkelijk schitterende plek. Meteen voor volgend jaar geboekt. Maar huisje en terras, wifi en keuken apparatuur hebben wel onderhoud of vernieuwing nodig.
