This newly updated, luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located at Canterbury Court at Kingston Plantation features luxury vinyl plank flooring, a tiled walk-in shower in the master bath, a tiled tub/shower combo in the guest bath, granite countertops, and updated décor throughout. A king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, this condo will sleep 4 guests comfortably. Whether you're playing by the ocean, which is just a quick drive or walk through the Plantation away, lounging by one of the two outdoor pools, relaxing with a good book on the chaise lounge, or sitting on the screened-in patio listening to the birds, you're sure to relax in luxury here!

You'll have access to the oceanfront Beach Club pool and the pool at St. James Park in Kingston Plantation. While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, mopeds and trailers are not permitted.
