The Antonio López flat is located in the south of Madrid, close to Matadero. Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre, with the Marqués de Vadillo metro stop very close by.
Situated on the banks of the Manzanares river, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with bike lane and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, walks, sports, disconnecting, having next to the Antonio López shopping centre, Matadero Museum, a space that hosts shows and contemporary exhibitions.
The apartment
Is located in a building with lift, on the third floor. A great opportunity to get to know the city of Madrid!
It has a surface area of 65m², consists of two bedrooms, can accommodate up to six people and offers guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open-plan room with a fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The American style kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything you need, including top of the range appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout.
This wonderful flat has two bathrooms, both with shower with screen.
The master bedroom is very bright, has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with a window to the exterior, has two single beds.
The flat has underfloor heating and cooling, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioning units.
This flat does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within 200 metres of the flat.
The cot is subject to availability. Please give at least 5 days notice.
The changeover from heating to air conditioning in the flat's boiler will take place in May, and in turn, the changeover from air conditioning to heating will take place in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this flat is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established hours of rest at all times.
The check in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the flat. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the flat.
