The Charming Australis Tower is located in the well-known Australis Tower, very close to the Fuente de la Mora station. This luxury urbanization has all the services to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
The apartment is exterior and very bright thanks to its large windows and has private parking in the same building. We find a bedroom with a double bed equipped with a premium mattress, a large wardrobe and a desk to work.
The living room has a comfortable Italian sofa bed, smart TV with access to entertainment content and direct access to a small balcony. Both the living room and the bedroom have views of the towers of Madrid.
The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Also, all kinds of utensils.
The urbanization is very exclusive, you can find a pool with hydromassage and solarium on the 24th floor with panoramic views of the entire city of Madrid. Amazing! A perfect place also to take some pictures. You can also enjoy its other outdoor pool and hydromassage on the ground floor with Balinese beds and an additional children's pool. If what you want is to play paddle tennis, this is also your place, thanks to its 2 courts with night lighting. The entire exterior is private, for community use, and is surrounded by gardens, playgrounds and sports areas, even a calisthenics facility!
If you want to do sports indoors, you can access its gym, with the latest Technogym machines and if you want to enjoy its sauna and Jacuzzi. The building also has a common lounge with TV and a games area with billiards and table football.
The entire building has a private security service and an app to reserve the facilities.
In addition to all these amenities and services, you can enjoy: Free Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and free toiletries.
